We currently have 25 different item group and over 3000 SKU's. We recently taken 7,500 Sq. Ft. Godown and have 5 person in sales. Have got dealership of 6+ brands.
Auto Components – Moto Ezzy
Indian Auto component industry is valued at approximately USD 52-55bn. Of this 82% comprises of OEMs and exports. Balance 18% is replacement market which is our target market.
Problem Statement –
1) There is no one stop solution for the entire range of automobile accessories.
2) Unavailability or delay in getting automobile spares/accessories in remote areas
3) Pricing is non standardized because of grey market.
4) Due to fragmented and unorganized vendors Quality/reliability is compromised leading to reduced life cycle of parts and mishaps.
5) Cash economy leading to revenue leakages for Government.
Vision – To become India’s unique platform for the entire range of automobile spares/accessories, with an unmatched promptness in delivery.
Mission –
1) Reduce Inventory holdings for customers by providing just in time solution.
2) Improve network on an ongoing basis to ensure deep penetration including in remote areas.

1) Wide range and depth of inventories holding thereby becoming single point supply solutions for our customers.
2) Utilize technology and SCM integration for speediest delivery mechanism to the remotest of areas.
3) Use data analytics and real time milk run to monitor and control delivery.

Over 25 items added in the first 2 months of operations of bransa like Anupam, Rane, Philips. Auto Gold, CI, PIX, Detroit. Target to get over 50 items at every HQ.
Target to launch 4 Divisions in next 2 years and cover over 200 stations from 5 cities.
Over 3000' SKU's for the 25 line items. Carrying complete stock of all the 25 items and following systematic approach to re-order all the stocks. 100% stock maintained in system. At peak there will be over 3 lac SKU's at each HQ.

Launch
Have started the sales in Jan'22 from Siliguri
Started in the segment of four wheelers. Recently launched of two division. Commercial vehicle segment proposed to be added by mid of the year.

Plan to expand to North East by mid of 2022.
Pan to get into NE and cover all the states from Guwahati.

Further extend the reach to Bihar and Jharkhand at the beginning of Jan'23
