• 1) There are very few large organized players in furniture manufacturing & supply chain in India, unlike Electronics, Fashion, Pharma, Cement, Agri and other segments.

• 2) The industry, has more than 10,000 unorganized players, at sub scale (Less than 10 tons/month capacity). They are unable to grow due to lack of non-promoter talent and absence of technology.

• 1) Aggregating manufacturing capacities across hundreds of manufacturers and help them to get access to Export and Domestic end market.

  2) Utilize captive capital to provide leasing solutions to corporates across – i. B2C furniture leasing business; ii. Hotels; iii. Schools & Colleges, iv. Hospitals, v. Hostels & student housing segment. This unique preposition will help aforesaid capital-intensive industry to match their outgo with corresponding receipts.

  3) Build capabilities in three broad areas:

  • a) Software to better track, measure and optimize/speed up manufacturing processes.

    b) Buy out patents to replace expensive material (wood) with blended durable plastic or materials-based substitutes to use them for scale manufacturing.

    c) IOT devises to track damages, shelf life, usage, etc.
